while i am in guild or allience chat can i use a headset to talk to members or not? if yes can u tell me how please?

If they have Ventrilo or Teamspeak then yeah. If they do they can walk you through how to set up

No, GW doesnt have its own Voicechat function.

Teamspeak or Ventrillo are (safe) 3rd party programms you can use for voicechat.
