Dedicated or Undedicated Mini Pets??

The only difference is that a dedicated minipet can't be dedicated in the Hall of Monuments (for players with Guild Wars: Eye of the North).
Dedicating ties the minipet to the account, supposedly making it available to the account in Guild Wars 2, even if the player sells it in GW1.
For this reason undedicated pets are much more expensive than pets which have already been dedicated.

If you got your pets from your character's birthdays, then yes, they are all undedicated. But if you bought some of your pets, they might be dedicated.
You can easily check it, by watching the inventory icon of your Mini.
