If you enter your card multiple times, or enter it wrong, or some other nonsense, it gets flagged as 'a risk' for a few days I think. Happend to bunches of people when GW:EN went live.

You have to wait it out, without reseting the Fraud trigger. Can't remember how long I had to wait to get it to reset, 48hrs maybe.

Visa debit card works for me (USA). Check your balance? Otherwise, contact them and see if you can get an answer.

Does the address you enter match the information on your credit card? Make sure it's exact (including your name, especially pay attention to middle initial). If you are in a high risk area for fraud it could kick back also. Try to call your card company to resolve any issues.

Your credit rating is bad/the card is reported as stolen?

Only thing I can come up with.

Try again in the PlayNC website. The in-game store rejected my debit card, but the website accepted it.

Hendie -- I don't know why you're getting that message. I will try to find out. (By the way, did you try the PlayNC store, instead -- as mentioned in this thread -- and if so, did the card work ok there?)

I'm really sorry it took that long.

May I ask what the issue was that you had to get resolved? We're always looking to improve things, so I'd honestly like to know what happened and how it was resolved. If you'd rather not post it here, you're free to PM me or email [email protected] (and mention that I asked you to write).

Thanks for helping us improve things!

I've had a similar problem with the PlayNC store in the past, instead it gave me a "Fraud Suspicion" message with my credit card. Never got it resolved with support so I gave up, and now I can't buy anything from the store. =/

I had this problem with one of my credit cards it was from a small credit union who felt that since the servers for GW are all overseas they did not like the risk involved. They thought there was too big of risk for idenity theft for fraud and would not take responsibility for any misuses of my credit that could happen by using overseas servers. Basicly solved by using another credit card from a big company.

I was the credit card fraud one, even though i've used the card many times in the store below. I'm sure they did need to do some verifying though.
