Graphics Issue - unable to use one of my characters

Im unsure if this is suppose to be here or technical forums.
Basically until my new computer comes im using an old laptop with integrate graphics card. The problem is on some areas i cannot get to, this is alright until im able to get my new computer but theres oen big problem

It let me enter Rata Sum with my main character so i was fine...but then when i logged on yesterday to my character i was unable to load outpost. My character is froze until i get a new computer. it says rata sum on selection screen but it just won't load the area. So a slight bug.../ slight issue with graphics my side....problem is it loaded once

before logging in, try dropping all of your graphics options to minimum.

Ok ill try that its probably on minmum anyway on my laptop..its terrible

When first playing EOTN it kept randomly locking up my computer while playing. I had to put in a new power supply and graphics card to handle it. Till new computer comes in you might have to void that campaign.

i know how to fix that, simply enter the game and select your rata sum character. then press play and imediatley minimize the game, count to 10 and maximize it. this technique is necessary for me in select eotn outposts and also most dungeons in eotn. i don't really know why this works but it does. i didnt figure this out someone else told me(i currently owe him my liver or first born)

i dont understand why its not letting me.
when i first got there it was loading a video i thought and got error. then i logged in and it took me to the outpost...

now i cant

could u describe what happens when it crashes?

it actually works.. i gave it another try. Your a lifesaver.
If anyone experiences a grpahics problem and doesnt let u load area you should just minimising it for 10 seconds on loading or area. Thanks so much
