Starting at Noon Pacific (-8 GMT) this Friday, you will earn double Asura, Deldrimor, Ebon Vanguard and Norn reputation points for completing quests and defeating foes while under the effects of a shrine bonus. Points for completing books are unaffected. This boost will last through 11:59 PM Paciffic (-8 GMT) on Sunday.

Or something that shows where the Asuran, Norn, Draven shrines are?

If you zoom out onto the world map you can see the different areas. Norn areas are coloured white and are in the North (you start EotN in Norn areas), Charr areas are green and to the East of Norn, Asura areas are a darker green and are to the West/SouthWest of Norn, most of which are south of the Jungle areas in Tyria.

If you type the name of the zone in wiki, you'll get a map with all the res shrines marked on it.
