Is it worth it?
You get an armor bonus of +20 (if maxed title) but this will get your armor to that of a warrior. So if you have to choose between an Ele Ursan and a War Ursan the choice is simple.
So my question should I get Ursan on my ele? ( Or would it be lost time since nobody 'll take me in DoA etc..?)
Ursan on ele

Ele's have nrg storage, making it much easier for them to keep up ursan all the time. So, they're both good. And no, it's not a waste of time, in DoA all they care about is high lb/norn ranks.

Ele Mental
i use my ele for ursan, he has r7 and is usually better than the r10 warriors because of energy.

my r10norn r8lb ele has kicked ass in DoA, slavers etc. You never have to drop ursan if you do it right... use a shield and meet the req to boost your armor, and use a high hp set of armor.

QFT - I never have a problem with my ele hanging with the crowd in DOA (10/8 and you are set).

That is key - meeting the shield req. Drop points out of your element class and maybe energy storage to pump 10 into tactics or command and you're good to go. Make sure you have a q9 shield, though. With skills like plague touch and shit out there, you're always going to have the weakness you spread put right back on to you. With max norn and meeting a shield req, you bump up your armor from 60 to 96. That's pretty hawt, imo
