Like Zamochit said in your eternal blade PC thread, you can only post in your thread 24 hours after your last post in it. You can add info, ask questions, etc. by clicking the Edit button in the lower right-hand corner of an existing post by you in the thread.
ALSO, you can only have one active PC thread at a time. If you want, you can put more than one item in a thread, although it's recommended that you keep the number of items relatively low so that people PC-ing don't just skip over it.
