Hey im just wondering what the actual difference in terms of damage between a perfect inscription and an slightly imperfect inscription, i.e what is the difference in damage between a +13%^50 mod and a +15%^50 mod. If there is already something like this please direct me towards the page via link
Im just curious...

100 damage will do 115 damage with 15^50 and 113 with 13^50. The difference gets smaller the smaller the damage you are doing gets. I'm not sure how Guild Wars rounds so I can't really do smaller damages.

Damage less than 1 gets dropped, not rounded, I believe. See Prot Spirit and 55 builds. Prot Spirit reduces damage to 10% of 55 = 5.5 damage, but you only take 5.

Here's a link to Ensign's article http://www.guildwarsguru.com/content...nics-id674.php
Also, I believe the wiki's both have similar Damage guides.

No i think the difference is about 1 between 13^50 and 15^50 using a sword. and i think about the same as 14^50 since it rounds down.

Actually, it may be that the "display" of the damage is rounded down, but the actual damage may not be.
At any rate, the difference in damage between 13^50 and 15^50, in PvE, is not worth worrying about. It's always nice to do the max you can, but not a necessity. (Which is why worrying about which class is "best" is really meaningless - but that's another discussion
)
In PvP, of course, you always want the max. If everything else is equal, a 15^50 will beat a 13^50.
