Well i can Guarantee that req 9-13 items still drop with an emphasis on the 13 range but I did have a req 8 bow and shield drop recently.. Haven't had a req 8 sword yet but i'm waiting.

I know that white req 8's drop, got on yesterday while trying to get Norn rep (only a focus, energy storage as well), so non-white req 8's should drop, they're just rare.

A white max req8 staff dropped during HM Asuran vanq yesterday.
I recently have seen blue and purple items, no golds yet as far as I can recall.

I have no screens... but I have had a few blue req. 8s drop recently... so yeah they do. Haven't seen a gold or purple in a while though

Yes they do although i belive the inherant modded ones drops rates have been altered.
