Ok, I have wanted to try and make a character and get GWAMM on him/her and was wondering, in your opinion, what is the best profession for this. I was thinking about one of these two:

Female Monk (The monk I have is a smiter, I was thinking about making a healer monk anyway, so maybe titles on her?)
Male/Female Sin (I haven't played sins very much, all I do know is I love some of the armor, spiky stuff FTW)

I know that certain classes have certain advantages, but I don't know if any profession has an advantage of getting titles, I certainly have seen a lot of monks and warriors with the titles though :P.
Thanks,

I would choose whichever you like playing more, as you will be spending a lot of time on that character and it's pointless if you aren't enjoying yourself.

That is a good point, I don't know if I could spend months and months of just healing :P

The 'easiest' character to get it with would be Paragon - the titles you might try for for GWAMM that might have any slight level of difficulty - the Vanquisher and Guardian titles - can be easily C-spaced by a godmode Paragon.
Paragon > PvE

Of course, that's no good - just go for your favourite character.

Alright, I think I'll go remake my old sin and go for it on him ^^
Thanks for the help everyone,

55 monk is only good in certain areas. They are extremely susceptible to enchantment removal, and health degeneration. Invincible Monk builds are primarily used in areas that lack Mesmers and/or Necromancers.

God Mode Paragon WTF??? What kind of cheat'em skills does your paragon use because mine is pure useless. Please don't listen to Stormlord Alex. I'd agree you'd have to play a character you really like because you'll spend a lot of time with it. Monk is always popular to find a group though so I'd advice that one.

I agree with the 'play what you enjoy' statement. However, I will also say you should reconsider your approach to the game if I can assume your post is accurate. You said you have a smite monk. That is fine, play it how you enjoy. However, it is best to have the option to play ANY role that character may need/want to play. Every class in the game, and I mean EVERY class has options for multiple builds. Some of those builds are extremely dependent on what you are doing. But having those options gives you more flexibility. Since you want to work on GWAMM, you NEED that flexibility. Some of the titles can be done by c-spacing. Some, however, need you to change what you are doing. I highly recommend getting EVERY skill for your primary class (whichever you choose that to be), and EVERY secondary with lots of skills from several secondaries. Skill capping will be a title you will get, so you will need all secondaries anyway. Getting skills for each secondary that will open build options is very smart. Use tomes if they drop to save money on buying the skills.

But between Monk and Assassin (the 2 you mentioned), Monk will be easier to obtain GWAMM with. The reason I say that is you will find teams easier as a Monk. If you can't get guild/alliance people to help do missions/quests/vanquishing/etc. a PUG may be your only option. Not many PUGs will take an Assassin, especially for Hard Mode. Monks, however, are always taken.

Thanks everyone, I think that I might go with monk now, as Magma said it is way easier to join PUGs, and I especially like not having to rely on other monks to keep me alive, because, as I'm sure most of you know, there are plenty of monks out there that don't know what they are doing :P
Thanks again,

I don't feel I should be laughed at just because I'm unaware of something. Eventhough I'm aware of the SY + adrenaline increasing skills build, I thought it was more general than confining it just to the paragon class.

A Monk would probably get you farthest. Just because if you want to PUG some missions/vanquishing you will be a necessity to a group.
**Just make sure to have all of these types of builds: full prot, full heal, full smite, and hybrids of all.
that way you are very versitile (sp?) and can help with any situation.
