Ok so I think im going to put a collection together of weapons and stuff that glow.
So far I have:
Storm Bow (dyed white)
Chaos Axe (Dyed bright orange)
Chaos Gloves
What else is there if anything? I cant really think of anything atm...

Not sure you would call it "glowing" but Icy Dragon Sword, Eternal Bow/Shield/Sword, Ghostly Staff.
If you step away from white "glows" you can add the Fiery Dragon Sword, Fiery Gladius, Torment items as well as several staffs that have "glowing" animations.

Well I was thinking more of the "plasmid" glow, but all the eternal weapons are more transparent than anything. Now that I think about it, chaos axe/gloves and the stormbow are really the closest thing to that plasmid glow. Although because of lack of items with it I think i'll just go to animated weapons which would be a huge collections.
