Yeah. So I remember a few weeks (or was it months? I suck at this) ago, the whole goldseller bots were a big problem and there was alot of QQ'ing about it. Ingame they seem to have died down a bit, but they're still around, but I havent seen much in the ways of threads/posts about them anymore.
Did I miss some update where Anet roflstomped the gold sellers? If so link me and /close please.

It could just be that with the lack of anything new about GW2 (as in not a lot of links to any news), that the google rank for the gold selling sites is making them float up first.
Or it could be there's been an upsurge in the amount of people buying gold to stuff their HoM full of shineys. Google ranking used to be based on linkbacks rather than hit / traffic numbers, whether this is still the case I'm not sure.

For example, duping in Diablo 2 has been going since the dawn of time on the CLOSED battle.net and while they ban keys/accounts, people get so much cash from in-game selling duped items that they don't care about it. They either can buy a leveling service + new keyset for $10 and start selling again or just one of aforementioned things.
