Hey all

Was just wondering what you all did this weekend. Here are the titles I worked on and the points I started (before the weekend) on and ended on this morning when the weekend finished.

Ebon: 26,000 -> 184,000 (Maxed)
Norn: 96,000 -> 160,003 (Maxed)
Deldrimor: 98,000 -> 112,000 (Still working on this)
Asura: 18,000 ... No change

Gonna work on Deldrimor then finish Asura with HM handbooks.

How'd you all do?

But srlsly, I got 10k from one run, it was more than enough for r7. Now I can get into PuGs again... Although I still hope they'll nerf it, because I finish UW in 2h 10mins yesterday (I had to command during quests, because leader finished UW before, but he didn't know how to do Four Horsemen or that protecting souls against dryders quest. And I was playing with one hand while eating dinner with other.

I did a few Norn runs and went from 53K - 115K.

I briefly deviated into Vanguard and went from 8K - 15K, before giving up. Those hard mode Char are a bunch of ENGINES.

Nice

Ebon took me around 6/7 hours to max from 26,000 points. Didn't take long at all. I was rather lucky though .. I was getting 20k+ per run.

I'm writing a guide on Ebon farming (I'm now an expert at it :/) .. So watch out for that later on today.

As for Norn, was lucky on that too. Got 32k on my last run, lol.

Went from r4 dwarf to r6 just doing a few HM Dungeons with guildies

then 3 Norn Farming runs which took me from just about start of r7 to nearly r10 Norn (got lucky with the second run... first 4 blessings bought me to r4 hunting and the rest were either rampage, time attack or boss bounty at the right time)

I certainly will. I looked at wiki briefly, but it wasn't much help. My usual builds were just getting pwned by any char group with 2 prophets and I didn't want to take the time out to experiment, when I could be doing the easier Norn run.

30k->45k norn (Did one run and got bored of it :\)
Deld already maxed
No change in Asura/Ebon

On nec:
0->10k norn
0->20k asura
0->10k ebon
0->500 deld
Just playing through the game, although I obviously didn't finish or my deld would be higher.

Went form R1 norn to R3. No grinding involved though. Done a few quests.

I was intending to do a few runs to get r5 for armour, but guildies weren't interested, and all the 'norn farms' were using scrubway.

I actually gave ursan a shot when I reached r7, but I couldn't believe that so many people would use a really lame build. I could deal more AoE with my mesmer just using Clumsiness and Wondering Eye... (which I did

)

It's good for like 2 or 3 people in the party and getting them to focus fire, but you're being asked to have all 6 (with 2 monks) to run ursan. It becomes a lot less effective with more people.

Oh, you meant in-game? I H/H'd all missions in Tyria in hardmode without using exploits. Except Dunes of Despair, still haven't come up with a tactic for that mission which doesn't exploit the heroes ability to walk through walls.

I did two runs in CoF.

And I worked on my Canthan Elite Skill Hunter title.

Whenever there's a weekend like this I stay away from it. Grinding a little each day is fine by me but not 2 days of endless grinding....no thx.

I kept trying to max those titles, I even made 23k norn points, but im an addict and ended up farming about 400 fame.

At this rate im going to be boned when GW2 comes out with only 14 max titles

Did some grinding too from r2-r3 got to close to max but I hated the fact watching people making ursan groups spamming stuff like: "LFP if Ursan 8+".. I mean damn, it reminded me of HA.. So I just h/h or guilded/allianced it. No ursan tho, I get sleepy when you have to c-space 1,2,3 for hours..

people claiming to hax maxed this that an the other, for a start there is no proof. secondly, dont think any of this matters.

i didnt do any of them, grinding is kinda pointless, titles are taken too seriously

Didn't bother much, the fix on DD and AtfH means my brother and I can do Handbooks together now.

Edit : I did one run outside Olafstead with my brother and H/H, and started a run with 5 Ursans + 3 monks.

H/H = 0 wipes

Ursan Pugway = 2 wipes, then I left.

This reminds me why

1) Ursan is not imba
2) Pugs suck to high hell.

I didn't have much time this weekend, but I did the quest chain to get Pain Inverter on my Ritualist, so I got a few hundred extra Asuran points there.
