Just been farming for sunspear points for the past week, go ahead and get it over with hehe. I been doing it with my 600 mite monk duo. but want it on my necro first, I love Necrocis.
I been running with 2 heros, been told drops are slightly beter if 3 in group compaired to 2. Easier to live anyway so...
Im a little diffrent in the heros, even on the 600 smiter i use Gwen, with first skill of signet of illussion, all skills max level 16. so all the prot or smite skills are level 16 not 15 and 16. seeing they dont fight, and also her rebirth is little over 1 second, so not in the area o the baddies for very long.
other hero is the tahk I use. she has a energy return skill, forgive I dont monk much. the one that makes her enchants last longer, for spell breaker and blood ritual. for the times i need energy, mainly when first starting and setting all the skills. I also give her rebirth in the off chance that gwen dies while ressing me. but tahks main job is SPell Breaker and blood rit right before i go into a fight.
NECRO side, ie me.
basic 600 smite side, but I remove te resolve conctration, ie cant have 3 classes. and put in on blood, Vapiric Spirit, at lvl 12 +1 for 13, you get 41 health per spell you cast. replacing the lost divine heal a monk has when he is healing himself in 600 team. I have run this for 2 solid days in Holdings of Chokrim, spellign may not be right, but is just south of Kodash bazzar.
Path I take, granted Im also opening all chests, and iding everything, salvaging it all down normaly for space.
enchant up. get reward from first guy, is for plants. plants u MUST have spell breaker on. go right into the valley, take on one group at a time, we have to go a little slower because our skills are monk and we dont get the buff speed and such. so I take one group of 4 or 5 at a time,every so often I get 2 and live, but is rare. in the valley you have a ele boss. he will take some time.
then go back some take little path and do next valey of bushes, this one has a monk boss. I have dropped both of them I bet 50 times, not one green arghh.
then when that one is done i go to the researcher near them, and kill the 3 little groups of rock bettles. then leave heros near him and go to scout and get reward for bettles. go back and clear lower level, then go in little pocket and take out the bettle ranger boss. he normaly has a chest in his area. granted most are R10-13.
go back out where the bushes were and head north, and take out the 2 large groups of bettles and one group of bushes, and to the left 3 more bettle groups. I normaly finish here, to much stuff in inventory hehe.
but can head north on the west side of K.Bazzar and do the big humaniod guys, get reward on the 2 or 3rd groups, these are the easiest things to kill, in my opinion. the skree I avoid, I just cant seem to kill the monk griffons, so i avoid all of them. if do the bushes it takes 30 min or so, bushes and rocks, an hour, each are little over 1,000 sunspear points, roughly.
