PC on Platinum Blade req 11 and Celestial Shield Req 10

I have recently gotten a Platinum Blade and a Celestial Shield, both inscribable that I would liek a price check on.

Platinum Blade:

Gold Req 11
Max 15-22
Vampiric life Stealing 3
Inscription Guided By Fate 15%

Celestial Shield:

Gold Req 10 Tactics
Armor 16
Health +58 while hexed
Inscription Sleep now in fire Armor plus 10/fire dmg

Somebody must have an idea, I have seen many Celestial Shields out there req ten that are not inscribable but I can find any info on the ones that are, so if anyone could help I would be really thankful.
