People always complain when a "Patch" isn't massive with sweeping changes.
Not everyone on a development team can make a patch for certain things. Some people are artists and work on the "Cynn's dress" bugs, while some are balancers and make changes to skills, some delve deeper and look for bugs in code that cause things like signs to point their variable to the right text to display when clicked...
Every fix is a good thing. Even if it's just a minor fix.

I understand the need to fix this, just not why it wasnt grouped with some real update...I mean we have had broken quests for sometime--and other bugs that are REALLY more annoying than a dumb signpost...comeon anet fix some important things! (or put a few things together in one update not just something as insignificant as this)
