Turning Down the Graphics

I lap top is old (P3 850 old). I can actualy run guild wars on it, usually a framerates between 1-3 (I got 11 at Wizards Folly once).

I'm using -nosound -noshaders -dx8 already. I'm using 1024x768 since 800x600 seems to have little positive effect (and looks even worse).

Are there any mod programs out there that can help? Any other switches?

I'm not looking for high end play, but it'd be nice to playable enough to do a little more than some safe Pre-Searing stuff.

Depending on which videocard you have you could turn the direct3d image quality to 'high performance' or lowest. This is done in the drivers of your videocard or through third-party programs like powerstrip.
