I can't get to wiki, so forgive me if it's an easy answer.
How or when do you get a Necro Hero in Nightfall?
I have a couple warriors, monks, eles, rangers but no necros.
I'm a level 20, past Dasha Vestibule but Camapign not completed.
Do I "convert" one of my heros to a secondary profession as necro?

The only necro hero you get in NF is Master of Whispers, and if you're at Dasha Vestibule then that means you must have chosen Margrid instead of MoW, so you have to wait until you beat the campaign, and do the quest you get after you beat Abaddon from MoW, "Gaining the Master of Whispers" or something.

If you have Prophecies to, you can get a quest at the Consolate Docks to pick up Olias (which gives you a quest you do in Lion's Arch, so it shows up as a Kryta quest).

Yeah, Magrid rules out MoW for the rest of the game, u can get him from the area after killing the final boss. (theres a SHORT quest to get him there).
I usually grab MoW coz he looks so cool and SS PWNS.
(it may actually be faster for u to quickly rush EOTN which u said u have, and go get livia who imo is the best nec hero)

You can also use a rit as a minion bomber freeing up the MM slot so you can use Livia as curses or whatever. Xandra is in the norn fighting tourney so you can get her pretty early. You could also use razah, but you don't get him till after you finish NF, but by then you'd have gotten the quest to get MoW.

The advice I've always gotten is to get Olias ASAP once you get to the point where you can get that quest. Among other things, you don't get left out in the cold without a necro if you decide to pick Magrid over Master of Whispers later. (Not to mention that you get a whole new continent for adventuring.)
