My friend got hacked?

Hello.
Recently my friend bought all campaigns of guild wars and completed everything except for GW:EN, only problem is: the email he used got hacked, but now he has another problem! His Guild Wars account got hacked by someone, that claims the account is hers/his (talked to the person ingame). How can I do something about this? He would really like to play again.
