getting norn points ?

can anyone advise a quick way to get these rather than grinding mobs ? Ive finished the main gwen storyline and already handed my hero's handbook in

Im rank 4 norn and want to get upto 10

If u don't want to grind mobs, why don't you get another couple of handbooks, finish GWEN & all the dungeons again, then handing in those books?

Complete all Primary Quests in Normal Mode and turn in your Hero's Handbook(s) until you reach rank 8, then do the same in Hard Mode and turn in a Hero's Handbook [Hard Mode] for more rep.

You can also do Dungeons in both NM then HM that give Norn Reputation as a reward.

Other than that and turning in Dungeon Master Guide(s), which will take longer than the above mentioned methods, your other option is the Vanquishing/grinding in Norn areas for Rep points.

If you get the quest "The Path to Revelations", See Wiki Article below, you can vanquish the area the quest is located in and then kill the bosses in HM for upwards of 20k rep per run if you get the "rampage" blessing.

even with the double rep weekend i never got 20k, at the most 14k.

ive already done and handed in path to revelations. - Can I do all the primary storyline again then ?

You can still get the points from killing the dragons in Path to Revelations if you group up in a group with one member with the quest.

You can do the storyline again, just go to the Eye and reactivate the storyline quests. Also the completed dungeon books and HM dungeon book give a good deal of rep.

i would also like to restart EoTn, even though ive completed it,since ive only filled in a few of the quests(i kept putting the book in storage)

u mean the eye of the north? then do i speak to the guy in the center?

Also, if i restart eotn will my norn,asura,vangaurd and dwarf rank reset to 0 aswell?

And will i loose HM in eotn ?

No to all the questions.
Go to the Hall of Monuments and ask the scrying pool "I seek guidance" and select the primary quests you want to do. Make sure to pick up another hero book.

Exactly as Hawk says. Sorry I tend to refer to the Scrying Pool as the "Eye".

Yes you get the new book from the Vanguard Herald (I forget his name) at the center of the Eye of the North.
