Question About Holy Wrath

For Holy Wrath, if you don't have enough energy to pay, does it still deal the damage back to your enemy?

Yup. As long as you don't have energy degen you can maintain it indefinitely.

Yes.
If it drops your energy down to 4 and you get hit again it will drop back to 0 if you still have at least 1 energy regeneration. The only way for maintained enchantments to drop is if you hit 0 energy with energy degeneration.

The enchantment can make it hard to use normal energy skills as your energy will be at 0 most of the time.

I see alot of mesmers running it with a full signet bar and keystone signet as there elite in ra.

on that note... isn't RA just chock fulla the best builds out there?

Not really, you are only taking away their extra damage they are doing. They are still fighting and doing damage themselves.

Just as a side note, you don't need to have 1 regen, you could have 0 regen, as long as you have no degen you're ok
