Starting at 12:01 Pacific Time (-8 GMT) on Friday, you will receive double Tournament Reward Points for participating in Automated Tournaments for both GvG and 1v1. This increase will last until 11:59 PM (-8 GMT ) on Sunday.

Yes but the chances they will win to actually get the reward points is fairly low. People who do it constantly, like Ekelon, will absolutly roll over these guys giving them tons of extra points. Might even turn more people off from trying it.

I like how whenever there is a PvP weekend, EVERYONE posts with something like "cool, I can play something else this weekend", whereas when it's a PvE weekend, it's pages and pages of "OMG SO GOOD WOOOOOOO". Riverside biased much?

I like this weekend. More GvG teams. Tab and I developed some sealed play builds, and while they're not the best, they'll be fun to play and experiment with, especially considering how many teams should be out there.
As for you people saying, "Great, a weekend I can blow off", whatever man. Who cares about your LB/SS/EotN point weekends?

I always pretty much failed at HB, because I refused to run the Sin meta. But in AT's I there were always new players and I would finish in the mid range and get a few points, So i'll go do some of those this weekend, be cannon fodder for a few people, beat a few newer players and get a few RP's.
Here's the deal though, there are 3 AT's per day, thats 9 total for the weeknd for HB and GvG, not alot of opportunity to play. I wonder if there is any chance that they will dbl the amount off tournies.
Are QP's doubled as well I wonder?
