The elusive tribal tactics shield

I've been looking all over the net and asking everyone i can and i still have not discovered what drops these shields. It's a tribal shield with the face skin. if anyone has any information on what drops these i'd b very happy. ive already looked at the article on guild wiki and it doesn't help that much. plz post if u have any info.

I got one of these - r9 tac - from the zaishen chest a couple weeks ago. I almost merched it 'cause I thought nobody would want such a dumb looking shield (no offense).
What might be helpful is that neither wiki says what drops it in Bahdok Caverns, but both acknowledge that heket and corsairs drop them elsewhere. I'd focus on those 2 if I were you. Also, if you get one to drop, update both wikis for us.

u honestly think its a dumb looking shield? anyway, i think ill do some 55ing around kourna to c what drops these. thanks for the help all.

I had one drop on the newb island. It's purple, but req 8, so that kinda makes up for it. It was near Mehtani Keys I believe. Think that's already in the wiki though.
