Is it just me or does the colouring on the Draconic shield look incomplete? Whenever I see it, I see a half-finished weapon, as if there should be more gold and purple at its top. It reminds me of a child who forgot to finish a crayon drawing.

looks to me like the 3rd weapon has indeed been found, on wiki talk the guy said that it dropped in the Bogroot Growths Asura dungeon. its too late for me to go farm in there, but tomorrow I will do it.

To clear up a misconception people seem to be having, there were more then three weapons added (we've already seen that, in case you haven't been paying attention 
). There were three weapons that had their art updated in the patch earlier today.
I'm pretty sure the following weapons are still out there (based on them having been added to the dat file at about the same time as all the weapons found so far):
