Is this now completely useless?

Yes. It has been rendered completely FUBAR'd. Not only is the duration insanely nonviable, but the disabling of your own and not to mention that just 1 Remove Hex will take out SoS with a quickness... >.> Izzy... Why do you do this to Assassins? Do you loathe them that much? You've crapped on them so much now that there's almost no point to their existence. Might as well change their name from Assassins to Assed-out'ins. The nonstop hail of nerfs is a clear message that you abhore the profession to no end.

good thing i only invested about 3k on my sin before i deleted him an hour ago.
i feel bad for the pve sins that spent all that money on their awesome skins and such, just for them to run permashadow in pve

But yeah, this skill doesn't even approach elite status anymore
IMO, having played it and played against it a few times, it was annoying but not nearly deserving the huge nerf it got

Death Blossom- Changed to 10e, decreased damage to +1...5 (to match HotO)

Haha, now a mesmer's blackout is better than SoS. This nerf was pretty craptacular towards sins, but hey why not play a class that always gets buffs? Perhaps a necro would do you some good?

Mind Blasters are still viable, it's just been slowed down.

It's now the most worthless elite skill ever. Just got out of RA/TA with it and I can say with absolute certainty that it is completely and utterly useless (and that was with 15 deadly arts just fyi).
