Pretty good update. I always chuckle when deadly gets hit, as I've never found it as overpowered as Arena-net apparently has, avoiding hero battles, but now I'm trying to find a believable excuse to use my awesome tactics shield.

I thought there was alot of good and bad changes in this update. Certain skills like RI and "Watch Yourself!" had it coming for a while. Others like Shroud of Shadows, why?

Wail of Doom is waaaaaaay overpowered as it is. Either give it a 20+ second recharge, or revert it back to what it was. Or maybe drop the person's attributes by 5 or something. Right now, any character is essentially incapacitated (I know there are exceptions) for 4 out of 10 seconds using a single skill. That's insane for a monk.
Also, I think the Assassin nerfs need to be tweaked. Shroud of Silence is basically a very, very crappy, 30-second recharge knockdown that does not affect non-spell skills or movement. IMO, it's almost on par with Wastrel's Collapse right now. I'd say put it at 5-7 seconds with a decent spec in DA.
And Siphon Speed... IMO, it should be full ranged (one of its blaring disadvantages) and last its recharge at 8+ DA and if the condition's met. As of now, it's a pretty crappy skill even if conditions are met, considering the duration and range it has.
Also, Leadership needs to trigger on Paragon skills, so that the warrior shouts can go back to their pre-NF glory. And Death Pact Sig too, the nerf was completely uncalled for.
I do like some of the buffs, I guess, like Lion's Comfort, Lightning Orb, Psychic Instability, Reversal of Damage, and.... That's about it. Most of the buffs really didn't seem to faze me much.

I would have preferred if "Watch Yourself!" got the Lion's Comfort treatment, rather than what this update has done. Split the skill between Tactics and Strength. Keep the armor scaling as Tactics with the same progression, but tie the duration in seconds to Strength. Keeps it usable for warriors, but limits it severely for Paragons(or any other /W, but who else uses it).
I think it may have a similar effect in PvP as limiting the number of hits to simply start the duration low, say 2-3 seconds. I have not played PvP in a long while however, so I'll just post here rather than get torn to pieces in the other thread.
