Monsters skill are overpowered on purpose.
PvE skills are overpowered on purpose.
If you make an overpowered skill copy an even more overpowered skills you get an EXCESSIVELY verpowered skills.
On top of that, most monsters skills are just habilities that monsters only can use due to unique genetical, magical or physical traits.
That is, before copying a monster skill, you would have to shapeshift into that monster's shape.
Maybe for GW2, or a Prophecies unlinked 'copy shape' skill that lets you turn into a Non-boss non-final monster with his completel skill bar but with level 20.
But just copy skills with simple thievery? Hehe.... NO.

Funny skills like Giant Stomp would be easy to interrupt, but don't expect that Mesmers will interrupt a 1/4 second skills (actually, 1/8 for bosses) like Spectral Agony. I doubt it would have any effect on mursaats.
And meditation of the reaper is not interruptable, it's a 0 second cast skill.
@shru Spectral Agony is not a spell. Migraine has no effect on it.

upload some pics when I get home if you want. I went arounded and capped about 5 monster skills while the glitch was still ineffect, idk if I got lucky, but the only one I had problems with was elemental shift because of the knockdowns. Most of the skills ended up d/c'ing me, but I'm sure I got screenie of it on my bar.

And make simple thievery part of fast casting attributed
Mesmer already started to become the master of gimmicks. This can add to it and add a whole new level of "Know your enemys" slogan for mesmer.
Keep it in pve though.Perhaps add the effect to "Smooth criminal" instead :P
But some stuff should not be copyable though. Most notably things that normally wouldn't function..
But I don't see why we cant use bear form or giant stomp.

Pretty much my exact thought. We all have complained about bugs in the game, now we want one back because it benifits us? Thiss would then be called an exploit as it is unfairly benifiting us.
