Ok so about a week ago I posted on here that I started to notice an increase in req 8 sales in Spamadan.. possibly because right after an update the req 8 drop rate seemed to have gone up, I saw on sale shortly after a few req 8 things and I kinda went on a spending spree... well now I'm sure the req 8 drop rate (for inscr items anyway) has been adjusted and is now more common yet still rare..
I was in temple doing a run couple days ago and this happend... (See picture) .. out of nearly 200 runs that i've done this is the first req 8 I've ever seen drop in the Temple run, I have heard of others but never seen one, also last night standing around in spamadan I noticed q8 shield of the lion for sale, q8 Divine Symbol for sale... Anyway, just letting you know I guess, that.. A: Q8's drop in Temple of flames in hard mode and B: Q8's seem to be coming more common.. Thats fine with me as they are handy to people, but I Just don't remember ever seening so many q8's on the market at one time.. or for that matter seeing drops myself!
I now own this shield, I bought it from the person it droped for. If dont belive my secreen shot then I can show you the shield and provied names of the people on the run.. who will vouch for its drop im sure.
seems like that run might be good afterall still even after all the farmers and runners.

I don't understand what the debate is on this.. Req 8 maxes are out there. The question has been whether _REQ 7 MAX_ still drop and whether they drop inscriptable or not.

I'm not sure if you're serious or joking, but the idea behind "req7-8" weapons is that they have that low of a requirement with MAX damage range. If that Ele sword was 15-22 r7, then it'd be worth showing.

Nothing exceptional there, I've been on ONE HM CoF run myself last weekend and also seen a req.8 drop for someone, at this very same spot. This is one of the few places where req.8 can drop, even on HM. (Hint: those Charr are level 20, even on HM)

As for this thread, any speculation about drop rates regarding r8 inscribables is just that... speculation. Pointless threads about things people do not, and cannot possibly, have any proof or evidence of is FTL.

Can i ask 1 thing....what war would only have 8 or 7 in sword...or monk with 8 in divine.Maybe if im starting a new char and they dont have all there att. points yet but for lvl 20 chars...YAY Low Req Sword i can do Less damage with my Swordsman skills ^^

The game uses inscribable because they chose to use inscribable rather than inscriptible. Not because one is correct and the other not.
