seriously... its you who will be playing it, so get some basic info about both games and pick the one that sounds better to you if you dont care either way just flip a coin or something |
you will not have to pay that much to get the games, either, unless you are buying them online.
if you go to a store, you can get nightfall for ~$20-30; don't know about eotn. so, if you have only $50 to spend, you might be able to get both.
i would recommend nightfall though. it's a whole campagin, not just dungeons and grinding.

Nightfall
extra character slots
paragon / derv classes
longer storyline
ability to get legendary titles (if that's your thing)
more heroes
more new skills (and elites)
GWEN
1 hero of each profession
grind titles for armor
slightly more flexible storyline (also shorter)
dungeons out the wazoo
cheaper
only 100 new skills w/ no elites
Hall of Monuments (if you plan on continuing into GW2)
amusing pve skills
just some general data. Hope it helps with your decision.

Or get NF, char slots + access to classes + easy $$ from mishes etc = win |
Eye of the North is being sold for $10 at Target. Some stores like Best Buy and Wal-Mart have price match guarantees as well.
If you are on a budget, that's a great deal.
