Is it possible for the GW1 engine to allow skill balancing for PvP seperately than PvE? I know GW2 is going to have pvp and pve seperatly balanced, so would it be possible in GW1? If so, maybe it'd be good practise for the GW team to start learning how to balance skills seperately.
Example, duplicate all the pvp skills for pvp balance and someone will only have those skills load in a district that people can meet for pvp? Maybe if you switch from pvp to pve and vice versa your bar clears.
