You do the quest, get the reward, rezone, and it'll become available again.

checked wiki again and it said In order to repeat this quest, you must zone and you must have completed The Throwdown in a Norn Town.
but The Throwdown in a Norn Town is the follow up to Kilroy Stonekin's Punch-Out Extravaganza! which is the quest im trying to repeat...? :S

Throwdown in a Norn Town is not repeatable
It's Kilroy Stonekin's Punch-Out Extravaganza that IS though :P

Sorry probably going to sound really stupid, but why would you repeat the quest? Is there like some benefit or something?

yes you can gain lots of xp from it so it is a good run to do for a survivour because if you get nocked down it doesnt count as a death. It is a quick and easy way to get r3 survivour

I was wondering this too. I'm currently in "The Throwdown in a Norn Town" and was wondering how I get back to the "Punch-Out Extravaganza!".
I usually map out after I get knocked out. I know of a few bad cases where people lagged or lost connection and couldn't get back up in time and lost survivor, so I don't want to risk it seeing I'm so close to LS. I can't seem to finish "The Throwdown in a Norn Town" without being knocked out though... so I'm kind of stuck on it.

Kilroy's punchout in HM with trip exp scrolls gives about 52k exp every 10 minutes. after you complete the dungeon and get your ale from the chest, map out and get the reward. change district and talk to him again to get the quest. Repeat.

So if I've already accepted the "The Throwdown in a Norn Town" quest, then it's too late?

No. The quest is available any time after you have completed "Punch the Clown", which you have already done, regardless of what else you do. All you have to do is just rezone after you accept the reward.

Triple exp scrolls are a waste, since they hit the exp bonus cap. Go for the 250%, instead. Much cheaper.

Just be careful to spam the F8 key when you get knocked down, however. Unlike in most other places, being knocked down doesn't necessarily mean being killed; what you lose is energy, not health, and you have 10 seconds to regain your energy by clicking the "STAND UP!" icon repeatedly and/or spamming the F8 key. Mind you, your energy "increases" by 5 each time you get knocked down and get up again - again unlike most other quests and missions. If you're not careful, eventually it will get too high for you to recover and you'll get knocked out and lose (which does count as a death). Getting knocked down a few times, though, is no sweat, as long as you recover in time.
I find that this quest is always good for at least 500-600 or so gold in profit, depending on the drops. You get 250 gold as a flat reward and the dwarven ale you get at successful conclusion is always worth another 100, if you choose to sell it. You can usually count on getting at least four or five salable items and a couple of worthwhile salvages (it's pretty rare, at least for me, not to come away without at least one steel ingot, and I often get a decent rune from salvage too). Gold and purple items and high-end dyes pop up every so often, too; I got a silver dye yesterday. There's a locked chest in the dungeon, although its location varies; if you brought a lockpick you can try your luck - it'll deliver a gold or purple item each time.

Enko
that dungeon is also one of the fastest chest running places in the game.

I've been having problems getting past the ring of fighters that aggro about 3 at a time (in HM). Any hints or suggestions for making completing this mission in HM more doable?

There is a interesting bug in that place.
You can get through the 4 dwarves and boss
Just go very close to the right wall. Just beetwen the wall and the dwarf, you can get trough So you don't have to get knocked out so many times, and you going straight to the main boss, Fronis
