EDIT: mods will not make the value of the sword more , it only make selling more easyer sometimes

sword 10-15k,if that....salvage mods,mods dont EVER add value on the items price

Yeah, adding mods is a bad idea to make something sell. It won't increase the value by the price of the mods, if it increases it at all (and assuming you can even find a buyer). Mods 6-9k each. I haven't been able to get 10k for either of those lately.
