The Ultimate games nigth is to be held in the Shing Jea Boardwalk during the 3rd Birthday Celebration. It will also be held from now on whenver the Boardwalk is open.

Activities

Quizzes-An old party favourite. Answer questions to win prizes!
Emote duelling-Remember the emote duel from Tikarh Orchard? Time for some more fun!
Rock Paper Scissors-An old party classic.
Emote dancing-Tired of your characters old dance? Create your own dance using all your emotes EXCECPT your dance emote.
Sync dance offs-Dance together for fun!
Simon says-An old party classic. Follow the instructions to win some prizes!
Fireworks displays-Got some fireworks, but wondering when to use them? Now is the time!
Snowman Fun-Use your snowman summoners to create a long wall of snowmen. Use fire works and ghost boxes as well. Sycronized relases of the three items just mentioned may be used. You can also bomb (fill the town with them), and run (relase them behind you as you run along a town) them.
Scavenger Hunt-Find the mystery person to win a prize!

Donations

Raw gold or platinum, to be used to buy festival tickets
Festival tickets
Boardwalk Prizes
Drops from Boardwalk prizes (Bean Cakes, Victory tokens etc.)
Sugar rush items (for Dragon Nest)
Items obtained from trading victory tokens (Birthday cupcakes, Scrolls, Fireworks, Sweets, alcohol)
Anything else you are willing to give!

Please note:All donations will not be used as personal gain for me or any others who are helping me run the event. We will try to distribute all donations to people who are participating in the event in a fair and non prejudice or discriminatory environment. If the event does not recieve enough donations, the event will be cancelled and all donations will be returned to donors.

Event Rules

There will be no abusing of other players in any way whatsoever.
Please refrain from selling, trading, buying, recruiting, advertising as it would cause unwanted spam and could interfer with our event.
Dress code-Canthan inspired costumes. Come dressed as Canthan peasants or nobles.

All violators of the above rules will be excluded from events and not recieve any gifts.

Other than these rules, lets make this a night to remember!

Voltaic Annihilator, I would hold in pre searing, but I designed this event for the Shing Jea Boardwalk, cause i'm bored of just standing on a circle. I love the Dragon Nest though.

I might just dust off the ol account and log in for this.
It's always fun when there are player organized events.

One thing though, the dress code rule will cause some problems I think. If you decide not to give presents to people depending on what type of armor they wear, said people definatly won't turn up at any other event organized by you. And they could spam the chat channels.

I can't think of any warrior combo that would make me look a canthan peasant/noble

Am I the only one wondering how come the OP is a Pre-Searing Cadet with no known guild to back him up? he haven't even published his IGN. as I see it, best case scenario, just someone who wrongfully thinks he can host such an event. worst case, a scammer.

anyone notice more and more player run events sprouting up?

personally i love doing this sort of thing, so burning you have my full backing, i.e gifts ect

Shiney, I dont mind if people don't follow the dress code, I just thought it would be fun. I'm not event going to follow dress code!
MaDDoG1221, it is a Factions only thing, unless Anet allow all campaigns access to the Boardwalk. Sorry if this means you cannot come.
foo, i'm not a scammer. I actually run 3 charities at the moment, and am using them to help new players. Just because my GWG status is Pre-Searin cadet doesn't mean im not a good GW player.
Pleikki, sorry that you deleted those characters (even though it wasnt my fault). Hope you can make it, hopefully we will have a great time!
Bladewind, I will pm you on the guru, seeing as you would like to speak to me.

Right guys, im scrapping the dress code. Feel free to wear what you want. Sorry if this made people spend lots of money to buy special Canthan armour.
As of 12 April, I will be accepting donations. No-one has donated anything yet, please donate for this event or it will be cancelled.
