Need a PC on Greater Guardian Spear

Title says all.
My friend just got one and was wondering if 15-20k offers are decent for one.
I know she can get more just not sure how much more.

It's a Q9 inscribable gold.

Have seen a few of those spears hit 45k range.... not really loads of the r9's around, and I see people wanting to buy quite a bit

45k seems a bit too high, i would say 25-30k imo
