R9 Oni Blade, 20% enchant, 33%cripple mod, +5 energy (edit), noninscribable
This has been a caster blade for my monk, and now I'm willing to part with it. Always worked great for when i was a Mo/A return monk...got it during Shiroken farm (that was the most amazing farm!).
