I've been running the defrag program mentioned in one of the stickies, but a lot of the attempted defrags come up with the message "Move cluster status: STATUS_INVALID_PARAMETER"
Do I need to free up more memory? I already deleted gw.dat so I can just download it later.

Check it out, by the makers of CrapCleaner, also lets you pick single files and or folders to defrag.

Defraggler sucks at this point in time. It often takes six times to defrag one file.

I would recommend running CCleaner and the built in Windows Cleanup (Right click C:, Properties, Disk Cleanup) but don't allow it to compress old files.

Another good program aside from PowerDefragGUI + Contig is Auslogics Defrag, it works extremely well in defragging your computer. - http://auslogics.com/en/software/disk-defrag

The newest Diskeeper (2008) works well too, and you can get all you need done with the 30 day trial. - http://diskeeper.com/
