Couple Questions About A Certain Offhand!

I need an offhand with a +15/-1 energy mod & was wondering whether there was any weaponsmith who can craft me an offhand with this mod.

Also, if I was to get an inscribable offhand & then buy a +15/-1 inscription would I be able to attach it or is the +15/-1 inscription only for staves & wands?

I know the Blood Knife comes in a +15/-1 variant(http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Yohei), from this I conclude there are more offhands with this inscription. In the same line of reasoning I can be fairly sure that it is possible to put a +15/-1 inscription on a offhand.

I've checked wiki and I can tell you, it is possible. Check this link: http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Inscription. Under 'Offhand Inscriptions' you will find one called "Live for today". I believe that's the one you are looking for.

You can't use offhand inscrips on wands and staves.

Buy the wand and focus for the attribute you want. Then add a "Seize the Day" inscription to the wand, and a "Live for Today" inscription to the focus.

If you don't have this location or you want another crafter for some other reason you can go to http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Weaponsmith and click on the desired campaign. You will see a table wich says what kind of inscriptions are available at that particular weaponsmith.

If I may add. In Nightfall weapons are crafted with an empty inscriptionslot, so you will not find any crafter with a +15/-1 inscription there.
