password change

This one dude figured out my password and i wanna change but idk how can someone help plz?

how do you know they haven't already changed it...
and sorry. i don't know how to change a password.

log in and at your character selection screen at the bottom there should be an edit account button. should be straight forward after that.

actually it just tells me to go to plaync.com and i've done that i created an account and it rlly sux i kno he didnt change the pw cuz i can still get on

actually that redirects you to the plaync website, where you have to register, give all your info, and usually give you an error in the end. You then have to open a support ticket and wait 3-4 days between each response. Changing a password is a complete joke in this game.

i myself have tried to change my password, and after 2 months of trying, i still have my same password. All i can say is good luck, your going to need it.

Click account. Manage. Log in with your details. Game Accounts. Click your game account. Click Change password.

Caveat: This might require that you have already linked your account to your plaync account, but I dunno.

you need to enter your game's serial number (CD-Key) to do that, and somehow it says that it is allready in use.

Not Anet, its NCSoft messing with you.

Create a PlayNC account. Then login to your GW account, go into the in-game store and link your PlayNC account with it there.

yes i hate doing stuff like that. i tried to change my password once i heard about plaync.
Failed.
but it was an epic fail. after watching the swirly loading beach ball roll around for a few years, my internet decided that it was bored, and force quit internet. yes, i do love my dell.

Someone has my password now. Its a m8 so its unlikely she will ever do anything with it but at the same time id like to change it :P

But ffs i can not its near impossible ty to all these ppl on this thread for posting info.
