Well ive been away from GW since about 2 weeks after Nightfall came out and ive come back, completed the gwen missions and am now looking for farming spots. But now all i see is people asking for 600/famine duos etc. Does anyone normal group farm anymore? Ive seen a few people do glint with just normal groups but hows about HM dungeons? Do all farming spots now require you to have a special build to farm them or get im a group to farm them?
Thanks in advance

Ursan Blessing + Domain of Anguish = group farming. So yes you need a specific build to farm and make good money.

Ursan has it's tricks!
You can bring any skills you want. The only skill you need is Ursan Blessing.

To OP,
There are some groups still getting together to farm a bit here and there but, the 600/Famine, 600/Smite.... can be done so eaisly with heros now its almost a dead art to group with real people anymore.

For missions only the end missions of campaigns, and even then it's hard to form good groups.
But I don't know if using a build that any bot could use is called ,,group farming''. I rather would use ,,mindless slaughter''

Hmm i seem not to have noticed that. Heroes just opened abilities to start with 6 man instead of 8 etc .
I think of it as solo farming is dead(i havent done that in AGES), as i group farm almost evey day with guildies etc... i guess it depends on what contacts you got in game.
Group farming is far from dead, just PuG is (ursan).

Thanks guys!
btw does it matter what profession you are for farming as an Ursan? I know some have their perks but does it REALLY matter? (warriors are ok yeah?)

Assassins and elementalists are quite popular for ursan.
Assassins because of their high attack speed with dagger master, their chance to double strike and their energy gain from critical strikes (or watever its called)
Elementalists because of their high energy pool.
And to some extent, necromancers, due to their amazing energy management from soul reaping.

warriors are still like though because of their high al. Slap some radiant insignia and a zealous sword and you're good to go.

For the rest if you don't wanna run ursan or tank way, get a descent guild, since this is all pugs seem to do.

If you are going ursan war is not bad. It has high armor, not bad dps (with axe not sword) and with zelous mod there is no problem with e management. But rly everyone can run ursan.
