8AL no req shield

like title says its blue and incr probably not worth anything but i just want to check

Yeah, merch it unless you want armor on a monk without changing secondary to Warrior.

Merch. Any shield gives you half armor (for max shields, 8 armor) when you don't meet its req, so any max shield is an 8 armor, no req shield.

It's value can come only from it's skin. If this skin would be insta merch food if it was max and high req then this one is merch aswell.
But there are uninformed people who buy things like that, especially when modded. I'm still surprised so few people know that actually any nonmax shield you don't meet its req gives you 8 armor. Yes, even an Armor:8 (req 2) shield still gives 8.
