about the quest question do i simply just go back to the person that gives u the quest and do it again

1.Yes but be sure to have only one handbook that doesn't have the entry you want to add in your inventory. If you have a handbook with that entry filled, it might not go into the other one.

2. Turn it in to get reputation points, rinse and repeat with a new book.

3. After rank 8, you can only use hard mode handbooks.

You can do them as many times as you'd like.
