My question is if we have 2 different guys on the team spamming it, 1 the luxon skill and 1 the kurzick, do the effects stack?
In other words, does everyone get +200 armor?

The armor boost from skills caps off at 24 (or is it 25?). The effects of one skill can bypass the cap, but having two skills that bypass the cap won't work. It'll just use the highest value.

However, since it only affects your teammates, having 2 peopel spam it can ensure EVERYONE has +100 armor.
