Please change these from "skills" to "attack skills". In their current form, they do not return the 1 adrenaline after landing, which means they cannot be chained on a Warrior unless you are using an IAS and an Axe/Sword.
change the dwarven pve skills....

Ya I love the fact that Brawling Headbutt is a skill, whenever I am blind I can still K/D the enemy because it is a skill and not an attack skill. /signed for the others though

I like the skill itself. Like shock it would be bad if it is an attack or spell (really bad indeed.)
But in the other look, for PvE only skill, it's a bad idea since spamming is all it matters in PvE anyway!
Get a build > Spam it!

They are made like that on purpose. |
/signed for OP's post
I can definately see the OP's point. These skills are rather limited on a warrior/paragon bar as they esentially are "you lose all adrenaline" skills. As Nevin pointed out, that means only dervishes and sins (rangers?) benefit from these skills at full effectiveness. Maybe make them attack skills that cannot be blocked or keep them as just skills but with an adrenaline refund (like lion's comfort) to deal with some of the other points mentioned in this thread.
