What do people think about Warrior Sentinel's Insignia in general? Is it worth the +20 armor vs. elemental damage to have your strength up to 13? I mean, having 13 strength is generally bad for your build right (putting too many attribute points into one attribute)?

Considering once you have 12 strength you can NEVER put more attribute points into it.. No. Can you raise it higher with runes? yes, Insignia will not interfere with runes however. You'd be trading a survivor insignia or knights insignia ect, not your runes. Runes and Insignia can both be on the same garment. (Certian collector items ect being the exception.)

How you set your attribute points is entirely dependent on your build. Since many good Warrior builds run 12 Weapon Skill/12 Strength, it's quite feasible to use Sentinels. The trick is to remember that your gear should be based on your build, not the other way around, so Sentinel Insignias should only be used if the build your running is designed to have your Str that high. (Also, remember that Weakness lowers your attribute points by 1, so if you have exactly 13 Str Weakness will disable the Insignias' effect.)

Now that the only good tactics skill has been nerfed again ("WY!"), it's perfectly fine to run 13/14. Unless you want to run 9/14/10 (str/wep mastery/secondary line), there isn't anything holding you back.

You forgot about healing signet

I'd just go 13str/14weap henchies are usually fairly quick to remove conditions. That is if you want to use a sent insignia.

The bad part about Sentinel's Insignia run at 13 strength is weakness. I'm fairly sure that the -1 to all attributes will cheat you out of your +20 armor.

Weakness will remove the +20 armor, and so some people like to run a major strength rune to avoid it. Alternatively, you could just remove the weakness, which you'll want to do anyway so your damage isn't sitting at 33%.

Meh. My Monks are doing their job, especially now that I get to use broken PvE skills like Save Yourselves. 85% damage reduction on all party members takes all the stress off the Monks anyway, I don't see the point in a selfheal.

No. It's definitely not worth it. Far less than half the damage in the game is elemental. It wouldn't be worth it even without the silly str req. You'd be better off with the 10AL vs everything from Sentry's (if your build can maintain a stance 100% of the time), or the physical damage reduction from Knight's, or even just the health bonus from Survivor's.
