Some players also suggest that there will be no problem in using an american guildwars account from mainland china.
I've therefore, bought my copy of guild wars north american pack/edition, after 20 days of using said account, my account was stop for 70 hours, today it has been discontinued for good.

Discounting that this might be a governmental thing with some sort of conflict between China, Anet, and The9. (There have been a few massive SNAFUs over there that I remember)
