Save Yourself/There's nothing to fear

SY = Save Yourselves --> Kurzick or Luxon PvE Skill
TNTF = There's Nothing to Fear --> Sunspear PvE Skill
Here's a link to a guide written by King Paragon Racthoh :P -

It is basically talking about his heroes, but if you read the first build it gives the commonly referred to Imbagon bar. Basically the premise is that if your whole party has a constant +100 armor, and the 35% damage reduction from TNTF, that you can steamroll your way through PvE. Keep Agressive refrain up with TNTF with 12 leadership, and you're set!

It's a really choice combo to run. Pretty much everyone in the Paragon forums will recommend that you run it if you're the only para in your group (and for good reason-60-80% damage reduction between the two skills is fantasitc).
Racthoh's guide is pretty sweet-due to it I now use a vampiric spear (<3 it btw-our now bored monk has something to do ). There are a couple other variants floating around here too-I would flip through the threads and see what you like.
