is this axe bugged?

yes i did use search and nothing came up



so my question is, this axe is 7-21 i thought max was 6-28.
The only other axe I've seen like this is the candy cane axe, which of course isn't standard so is this a bug or something normal that happens with weapons that have lower max dmg so higher min dmg?

BTW: I got this axe while farming elonas reach

any non max dmg axe can have a minimum of 7 i think

no that axe isnt bugged ive seen some like taht before as well. the max thing is max for weapon dmg interval. so yes 7-21 is legit.

No it's not bugged, I got a few 7's as well.

well. do the math.

6+7+8.....+26+27+28/23=17
7+8+9.....+19+20+21/15=14

the 6-28 has the highest average damage

and not you can't find a 7-28 axe. they don't exist

So what about 7-27s?

Never seen one of those before. I doubt it even exists, but who knows.
