I'm going to be at my dad's over spring break for the next two weeks, and I'm going to be stuck using his laptop to get online (my computer is a desktop, kinda hard to take to another state for just 2 weeks when I'm flying.) I want to play some GW over break, but I know his laptop only has a GMA 950. My desktop isn't overpowered so I usually run everything at medium anyways.
Will GW run well enough to do general play? (i.e. kill monsters, do a few missions, no elite areas or PvPing). I'm only a PvE-er, working through the Nightfall campaign right now. Is there a way to tweak my settings so it's playable? Or should I just assume that it will be impossible to play all break?
(His laptop is a Dell of some sort, Intel Core Duo, with 2GB RAM. It also, like I said before, has the GMA 950.)
GW on an Intel GMA 950 laptop card?

yea, guild wars will run on a GMA 950 chipset, (my old laptop had that set, and it ran quite nicely)

Played it on GMA900, never had any problems. With settings low but not at the lowest i was able to get a "decent" 20fps so a GMA 950 should run it without too much trouble. There was a T&L problem with wehhan a while ago, not sure if it's still there bt it could cause the game to crash instantly on some intel chipsets (don't remember which ones). It might be worth it to check if the problem is still there and your chipset is affected by it.
