Psychic Instability + Burning

Has anyone seen when someone is burning and they get KD'ed by Psychic Instability? It's funny. (Yes I know if you interrupt the animations go fast).

I just tried it, and i lol'ed :P

what happens?

The foe is interrupted and if they are burning, they will be on the ground burning, but the burn animation will be 'fast-forwarded'

Hmm, I wonder what caused my character to do this yesterday: I was interrupted with something and my character fell to it's backside like knocked down, but it was just an interrupt and it didn't seem like this fake knock down was going to wear off.
So I was just sitting there on the ground until I noticed I could still do actions and move by sliding around on my backside. No attack or skill using animations were shown, could only see the damage numbers from my magical sitting attacks.
After awhile my character got up like nothing odd had happened and everything's been normal since.

I'll have to test glyph of immolation and psychic instability on some zaishen to see this.
