Team Arena Observation Mode

where is it?

Is it possible to add in? these guild battles are so boring to watch.. pretty much the same team setup over and over again. not fun. TA would be much more fast paced and exciting to watch, and learn from.

on a side note. an RA obsever mode?!! come on, how funny would that be? watch how a team with inferno rangers and a healing dervish go on a journey against impossible odds.

I would love to see a TA and an RA observer mode one day. who signs that?!

/notsigned. Especially the RA part, there are hundereds of matches in an hour. Not very practical.

And that's not true for GvG/HB? The observer mode just shows only the high-ranked and tournament matches.

I dun think it would be a bad idea, but only show guild teams or something.

I herd GvG and HB has a some weird thing called ladder. Which TA doesn't.

Pretty much what I was going to say. And yes, there are many GvG battles going on at the same time, but they only display the top 100 guilds (or thereabouts). There is no way to filter what RA/TA teams to show. The only way I could really see to do it is if a team goes 10 in a row, then display those 10 battles, but even that might not limit it enough.

I'd consider watching hero battle's if it was just straight fights, not capture points...

RA obs mode would just be hilarious to see I think. that's just a pure comedy arena. I don't see how anyone would unsign that beyond figuring out how to filter them obviously. It's not like you HAVE to watch them. If only TA had a ladder...!

Why does the stupid format like HB have a ladder while TA doesn't?

How would they determine who gets obs mode or not? Would it be teams with at least one top 100 guild player, similar to HA obs mode? If they had every RA/TA battle, it would just be too hectic.

Also, try not to suggest things just so you can rip off builds. "Omg, this setup got 50 in a row in TA, come on guild, lets go, I obs'd it!!!" Then TA would be 3 different builds all the time, just like GvG.

I suggested it because I'm a casual player and I mainly play in RA and TA. So that's the format I'm interested in. not to rip off builds, been playin 2 years, that's the part of the game I enjoy the most. making builds! but I also think it might inspire some of the wammo's, seeing a good warrior actually kill something.

As for which games would make it to an RA observer mode?

here's some ideas:

1. teams that win 5 games. I don't think I'd want to watch 10.
2. teams with the most dps per second. like the damage calculator in the isle
of nameless watching over the fight and enters the winner into the obs
mode ; ]
3. games with the most number of gladiators.

it would be tough but I bet someone could figure out a good idea. main idea was for TA though. they should add a ladder then an observer mode and we're good to go.

i think there are to many RA matches to broadcast even lol... If you want to see a match you better click it within 1 second or it dissapears...

Really bad idea.

There are much much more matches from TA/RA than HA and GvG combined. Beside how do you select which one to watch? You can't just watch all of them! Too many per hours! In HA only those that are high ranked guilds or Hall matches are displayed. How do you do that for RA/TA? It's stupid

ya most people here are complaining about how to filter the matches not the idea.

anyways, point is that people are told to watch observer mode to learn about the game. well how does it help you to watch a guild battle when you only play RA and TA? I mean it helps, but most guild battle builds aren't suitable for 4 vs 4. like aegis monks and what not.

and if you read my original post, my idea was for TA mainly. RA was a side note though I'd love to see it. would be more like the comedy channel than something to learn from.

I guess we need more "make a TA ladder" posts instead, and the obs mode will follow.

That IS the filter. Highest win streak team(s) is what shows up.
